2017 Real Estate Millennial of the Year: R. Donahue Peebles III

Imagine stumbling upon an article about one of the first few black billionaires in real estate development and two years later having the opportunity to interview his son and air to the Peebles throne. I initially made contact with Don Peebles iii on Instagram after looking thorugh our likes from one of our post and seeing his name next to our photo @don_peebles. I immediately checked to see if this was indeed the real R. Donahue Peebles iii and it was! My business partner and I eventually reached out and decided to ask if Donahue would be interested in being interviewed for our latest project, Talk Black NYC. Donahue agreed.

We created the Talk Black brand for the purpose of being a platform for young black millennials to hear stories of other millennials and their journey to progression through perseverance. We believe the Peebles Dynasty speaks to just that.
